Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, I was inspired by all of the smells of the city.

Good food is a staple of Chicago but I didn't realize all of that "good food" was making my body sick.

My energy levels were low and I'd put on 30 pounds (it's gone now).

I'd always had trouble finding tasty foods that are healthy. So I decided to take a few nutrition courses and learn about unprocessed, natural foods.

I'm here to share all that I've learned because I love to cook and I helped a friend lose over 50 pounds.
